Dnsmasq

dnsmasq is primarily a lightweight, easy to configure DNS forwarder and DHCP server. It also has the ability to function as a tftp server, meaning it can provide all the components necessary for kickstarting remote nodes (however you'll still probably be better with a local rpm mirror than making the clients download all packages from the internet)
